I love the levels of flexibility and autonomy I get over my work. My boss gave us the option of a few different projects and we had the chance to choose our favorites. The only hard times we have in terms of our workday are client meetings, so outside of that we have a lot of flexibility over where and when we work, as long as our deliverables are ready in time. The work is a lot of group work and brainstorming with clients which is a lot of fun, and it’s interesting to watch my decisions and recommendations directly impact a company.
